International Lab - Ayuntamiento de Madrid
International Lab (iLAB) is an internationally oriented innovation center of the Madrid City Council. iLAB is located in the building which was erected in the 19th century to house the municipal laboratory. This building has preserved its scientific and innovative character over time, transforming itself into a laboratory of ideas devoted to innovation, attracting talent and promoting innovation in the city. Besides, the same building houses the European headquarters of the Inter-American Development Bank. iLAB offers 70 shared work spaces to startups, for free and for one year. In addition, iLAB organizes events on topics that generate value for the entire network of entrepreneurs, startups and companies with the aim of strengthening the city's innovation ecosystem. The event hall has a capacity for 80 people.
