Collaborative and open digital innovation platform focused on Real Estate, which has its own tools to favor the generation and consolidation of a growing community, offering startups the possibility of promoting, developing and accelerating their proptech projects. Training, development of digital talent, information sessions, conferences, specialized periodic events, round tables and other initiatives are part of its activity. The CBRE Proptech Challenge is, in turn, the first European competition that promotes digital talent to revolutionize the real estate sector through creative and innovative ideas. The competition aims to promote and give visibility to solutions that offer personalized services to customers, improve the efficiency of processes and interaction with services; or create unique and differential experiences in the spaces in which we live, work, shop or enjoy our free time.
