Sanitas Disruptive

Our global talent and innovation program and one of the main pillars of the "Accelerate" mission, which is part of our sustainability strategy. It will bring Bupa employees, entrepreneurs and start-ups together to address sustainability challenges related to both our activities and the healthcare sector. Our goal is to discover and support start-ups with growth potential so that we can add value to their sustainability solutions. The winning start-up will receive GBP 200,000 (or the equivalent in local currency) to expand its sustainable product or service. In addition, each of the finalists will be awarded GBP 25,000 (or the equivalent in local currency) to help them develop the minimum viable product they submitted to the program. The eco-Disruptive initiative was launched in 2021 and this is the third year it will take place, in this case between May and December 2023.
